I want to create a movement...not just make another album...

This just came to me...Many times artist make albums to do 1 or more of 3 things...1. Make Money 2. Get Exposure 3. Become Famous. Whether you admit it or not, one of those pertain to you. But I feel like all those things are good, but what happens when you get it and the adrenaline and grind is unnecessary because you have reached that goal? Im getting this feeling that God is calling me to a movement, and not "spiritual" per-say but impactive. Many times we look ONLY at the spiritual aspect of ministry and not the Reality of ministry. The reality is, some people are happy, some people are hurting, some people are laughing, some people are crying, some people are rich, some people are poor, some people are homeless, some people have mansions etc. How do we reach them all and bring them to christ without forgetting the reality of their current state of life whether good or bad?

Thats The Question?

I think, like in business, each artist reaches a different audience. Is it possible to reach everyone with the same music/product?.... not likely because different things attract different people. So, if every artist does his/her part, we will reach everybody.

I agree totally Damon!! A movement is definitely what the world needs! That has always been my goal - to spread music that makes people relate and think! I want to have therapy through the song. I don't want to be another brainless pop star!
